Chocolate Bluberry Energy Bar
Makes Approx. 12 1/-3/4 oz. bars
1 C. fresh or soaked dried dates
1/4 C almonds
1/4 C blueberries
1/4 C roasted carob powder or cacao nibs
1/4 C ground flaxseed
1/4 C hemp protein
1/4 C sesame seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
Sea salt to taste
1/2 C sprouted or cooked buckweat (optional)
1/2 C frozen blueberries
In a food processor, process all ingredients except the buckweat and blueberries. Knead the buckweat and berries into the mixture by hand. Form into bars and allow to set in the fridge. Store unused bars in the freezer.

Apple Cinnamon Energy Bar
Makes Approx. 12 1/-3/4 oz. bars
1 small apple, cored
1 C fresh or soaked dried dates
1/2 C soaked or cooked quinoa
1/4 C almonds
1/4 C ground flaxseed
1/4 C hemp protein
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Sea salt to taste
In a food processor, process all ingredients and then form into bars and allow to set in the fridge. Store unused bars in the freezer.

Mango Coconut Energy Bar
Makes Approx. 12 1/-3/4 oz. bars
3/4 C fresh or soaked dried dates
1/2 C chopped mango
1/2 C ground flaxseed
1/2 C soaked or cooked quinoa
1/4 C macadamia nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon zest
Sea salt to taste
1/4 C shredded coconut
In a food processor, process all ingredients except for coconut. Work the coconut in by hand and then form into bars and allow to set in the fridge. Store unused bars in the freezer.

Ginger Pear Energy Bar
Makes Approx. 12 1/-3/4 oz. bars
1 small pear, cored
3/4 C fresh or soaked dried dates
1/2 C sunflower seeds
1/4 C ground flaxseed
1/4 C hemp protein
1/4 C walnuts
2 TBSP freshly grated ginger
Sea salt to taste
2 TBSP sesame seeds
In a food processor, process all ingredients except for sesame seeds. Cover the mixture in sesame seeds then form into balls . Store unused bars in the freezer.
**These bars will not freeze solid, so you can easily grab one right from the freezer after your workout for a refreshing, nutrient rich energy boost!
