1 packet sugar free vanilla pudding
2 large scoops whey protein
2-1/2 C. unsweetened almond milk
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP cacao nibs
Blend all ingredients together vigorously with your hand mixer or Vitamix for 2 minutes. Pour into 4 small serving dishes or ramekins and allow to chill for 4+ hours to fully set.
