2 C. puffed millet
1/3 C. ground walnuts or almonds
2 TBSP ground flaxseeds
2 packets PT Wellness Shake- Vanilla (or your favorite protein powder)
1/3 C. grade B maple syrup
1 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 TBSP PB2 powder mixed with 2 TBSP water
In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a small pot, combie syrup and oil and heat to a simmer. Add vanilla extract and PB2 mixture and remove from heat. Stir with a fork to blend ingredients. Add liquid mixture to cereal mixture and mix with a spoon. Press evenly into a foil lined 8x8 pan. Let cool in the refigerator until solid. Cut into squarze and wrap individually and keep in freezer for best results.
